Features and Benefits With Short Description of Waring Pro Juicer:

Waring Pro JEX328

Strong Motor makes the easy juicing

Waring pro-JEX328offers you the best motor in this price range. This juicing machine is glorious for the powerful motor and its super quality juicing. So here you go, the best juicer with the strongest motor. This is why you can rely on it when you need a glass of juice quickly.

The durable body helps to last long

This juicing machine contains brushless taintless steel housing in it. So, it is pithy enough to serve you for a long time. The material of this juicer is food graded. So you are safe to have a glass of juice made of this juicer. This juicing machine comes with a pulp collector. Therefore, the user can keep it clean easily.

Safe operating system

The benefit of using a machine is it should have a user-friendly operating system. It makes the user stress free when the time is short. Waring Pro comes with every gesture details on the body. So you can easily use this juicing machine all the time.

Easy cleaning advantage

Many juicers don’t have easy cleaning option. Because they have many parts that take the time to wash. Therefore, Waring pro juicer came with the concept of a simple dishwashing system for this juicing machine. This makes the job easier than ever.

Operation

The Waring Pro has a 400-watt motor and a commercial quality stainless steel blade. It is a centrifugal style juicer. This means that it uses a high-speed motor to spin a cutting blade at such speed as to produce a powerful centrifugal force. The centrifugal force separates the chopped up pulp and liquid, sending the pulp out into a rejection container. The liquid is then filtered through micromesh before pouring out into the stainless steel 8-ounce collection cup.

The Waring Pro centrifugal extractor was actually quite a surprise to operate. It only operates on one speed, and it juiced the mean green recipe without too much inconvenience. In fact, Kale/any vegetable was no problem for the disc to eat through. In fact, it ate per everything from apples, to ginger without too much of a problem. The motor would slow down slightly when pushing through apples, but surprisingly did not sabot the shredding disc, or halt the machine. I was pretty impressed that this little machine kept its disc screen and teeth free from most pulp buildup and from clogging.

What also surprised me was that the juice this extractor produced put up a small greener than what I was getting with the other juicers. It could totally be a subjective observation or be related to the ingredients which I used, but I truly trust the juice was consistently greener and a smaller richer looking than what I observed with other juicers. My thought on this is that cause this juicer handled Kale particularly well, the darker green the produced juice would be.

Weaknesses

Very Frothy

Like all centrifugal style juicers, it froths the juice too much due to the high speed of the cutting blades. Frothing introduces oxygenation which damages enzymes and nutrients.

It is loud

The Waring Pro is loud during operation especially as it is a low power version at only 400 watts.

Pulp Chunks

A lot of fruit chunks in the pulp. These are all uncut or mashed pieces of fruit that have somehow missed the blades and remain untouched with their juice still retained. This is actually just waste and is a very inexperienced use of the fruit or vegetable.

Leaks at the bottom

There appear to be leaked for no apparent reason coming from the base.

Clog up easily

The inside of the juicer seems to clog intermittently warding off the juice from getting out to the collector cup. This is another source of loss.

Wet Pulp

There are not only chunks of unprocessed fruit in the reject bucket but also fruit pulp that has been processed is very wet. The wet pulp is an indication of inefficient separation of pulp and liquid during the centrifugal process. This is normally due to the cutter’s spin and ejections process being just too fast.

What to expect from the Waring Pro JEX328?

The JEX328 juicer has a 400-watt motor which isn’t much. Do not expect heavy-duty performance.

This is part of the reason why they made the feed chute smaller because the motor won’t be able to handle large chunks of hard ingredients like a carrot without bogging down.

Why we write this review?

If you intend to buy a juicing machine, you should know about its key features. Therefore, it can help you to understand what kind of juicer can fulfill your desire. To know such things you have to use the machine on your own.

But you know it’s not possible to check all these juicers before buying. So we are here to help you out to find the best one that you need. This is why we are writing this review in the first place.

How long can you store juice?

Centrifugal juicers like this will lactation in lots of air because of the fast spin cycle. Lots of air means oxidation and juice will not last very long.

You can only store the juice for a maximum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. But to get the most out of it in terms of nutrition, you’ll have to drink it immediately.

How much prep do I have to make?

Waring advertises this to have a 3” feed chute but that’s 3” wide, what they fail to mention is the height – only around 1.25”.

This a narrow feed chute so you’ll need to do a lot of chopping.

For fruits like apples or oranges, you’ll need to cut it in eights.

A large carrot or apple needs chopping in order to fit in the narrow chute.

Here’s a photograph of the feed chute beside an apple…

Conclusion

The Waring Pro JEX 328 is a good entry level juicer for those that favor the simplicity of use and cleaning, and the production of fast ready to drink juice over the quality of juice. It produces inefficient – there is a lot of waste – and frothy juice but it does it quickly and hassles free.
